We offer a 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover any physical damage incurred after purchase (i.e. dropping, improper charging, etc.), nor does it cover dissatisfaction with the product. If we're unable to troubleshoot the issue we will exchange the item, but we are unable to give cash-back.
